Over Cladding involves the existing roof substrate (usually asbestos cement) to have another single skin laid and fixed on top with insulation laid between the existing and new sheet. This system offers a cost effective solution as the asbestos cement stays in-situ. This system suits clients who have a work area that cannot be disturbed due to production or similar problems.Enquire about our Over Cladding Solutions

Single Ply membrane systems are able to meet highly challenging design briefs, deliver excellent thermal insulation and airtight construction. These systems usually come with a 20 year guarantee with some products being recyclable. The insulation installed should meet (and in some cases, will exceed) the current requirements by Building Control Part ‘L’.
Single Skin replacement is popular with buildings such as garages. The sheeting is a plastisol coated galvanised steel box profile that can come in a variety of colours. We would use an anti condensate backing for these as condensation can form very easily on the underside of garage roofs. If asbestos cement is present we would remove this, complying to HSE Guidelines and dispose of it accordingly.Enquire about our Single Skin Solutions
